GBC Access Program

Access Starts Here

If you want to pursue college, finances shouldn't stand in the way. The GBC Access Program provides eligible students with up to $2,000 in gift aid to support tuition, fees, and books.

This program is part of Great Basin College's commitment to access, affordability, and student success across rural Nevada.

Students must contact an academic advisor for program details and to determine eligibility.

  • Planning to enroll at Great Basin College for Spring 2026
  • Already enrolled at Great Basin College for Spring 2026

  • Unsure what you qualify for and want a clear next step

How the GBC Access Program Works

  1. Connect with an academic advisor to review program details and confirm whether you may qualify.
  2. If eligible, you may receive up to $2,000 to help cover tuition, fees, and books.
  3. Enroll for classes before January 26.

Requirements

  • A 2025-2026 FAFSA is required
  • You need to enroll in at least 9 credits
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Be degree seeking
  • Must be meeting Satisfactory Progress
