MyGBC Log-in Instructions for Faculty

Don't Know Your Ten-Digit ID Number?

If you do not have your new ten-digit ID number, contact Admissions and Records, the Administrative Assistant for your department, or the staff at your GBC Center. Directory of Departments and Offices.

Don't Know Your Password?

Once you have your ten-digit ID number (above), you will need to fill out a workorder in order to be issued a new password.

How to Submit a Workorder

Log in to the Workorder Website using your 10 digit number (MyGBC ID) and the password that you use to access your GBC Email account.

Note: If you have never had a GBC e-mail you will not be able to login to the help desk software at this time. Please call the Help Desk at 775-327-2170 and have them enter a work order for you.

If you don't have an office at GBC, use Other/Home under location.

Category is: Computer Service.

Category Option is: Peoplesoft.

Problem Description: Explain that you are [adjunct] faculty who needs a password for Peoplesoft access. Include your name, ten-digit ID#, and email address.
