About 4,000 students are enrolled annually online from across the country and on campuses and centers across 86,500 square miles, two time zones, and ten of Nevada's largest counties. GBC's ABE/ESL Programs
The ABE/ESL Program at Great Basin College serves students whose primary language is not English and who wish to improve their English language skills to allow them to better function in the community and/or to prepare them for academic coursework. The program also assists students in gaining Basic Education skills and helps prepare students for taking the High School Equivalency (HSE) exam.
