Basic Emergency Communications Dispatcher Skill Certificate
Program Overview
Skills Certificates provide training for entry-level positions and are designed to prepare students to take state, national and/or industry-recognized certifications or licensing exams. While our certificate does not lead to any regulatory-required certification it does prepare candidates for the mental, emotional, and technical skills necessary to qualify and succeed in a career in public safety dispatching. Dispatchers are in high demand region wide, due primarily to the rapid turn-over of fresh hires not prepared to face those critical situational needs. View the Certificate flyer!
