  • ASCD Education Collection
    • The ASCD collection focuses on a variety of topics in the field of education and includes over 90 eBooks. This database of eBooks is exclusive from the Gale Virtual Reference Library, so be sure and search the Virtual Reference Library if you need information on a topic other than education.
  • EBSCOhost: Ebooks
    • Over 100,000 eBooks are available to GBC students through EBSCO (formerly NetLibrary). Search by subject, title or author and research right from home.
  • Gale Virtual Reference Library
    • Gale Virtual Reference Library general reference eBooks provide online access to over 50 reference books spanning a variety of subject matter, such as biography, environment, history, medicine, science and social science. 
  • ProQuest Ebook Central
    • Access to over 25,000 books from publishers such as McGraw Hill, Cambridge University Press and Oxford University Press.
  • WORLD BOOK Online
    • The World Book Web is a suite of online research tools that includes encyclopedia articles, primary source collections, educator tools, student activities, pictures, audio, and video, all complemented by current periodicals and related Web sites for students in elementary and secondary education.
