 Accessing MyGBC — Browser Problems

There are access issues with both the Google Chrome browser and recent updates to the Internet Explorer browser. Scroll down for methods to detect which browser you have and for solutions.

If you're using an older version of Internet Explorer or the Firefox browser, you shouldn't have access issues. However, during peak hours at the beginning of a term, there may be network slowdowns. If this is the case, just try again later.

If you're able to access MyGBC but cannot log in, please click here for further assistance.



Internet Explorer (recent version only)

If you're using a newly updated Internet Explorer browser, click here for instructions. If you're not sure what browser software you use, look for a gear image at upper right of this window and click on it.
